Privacy Policy

This site collects and manages model release and consent forms for adult content production. It is operated by OM43 - Mathieu Courchesne - OnlyMatt.

1. Information collected

• Identity: legal name, stage name, date of birth, email, phone (optional), address and main profile (e.g. X).
• Identity documents (front, back) and a selfie, uploaded to verify identity and age.
• The signature, the consents given and the shoot information.
• At signing: the IP address and browser used, as evidence of the signature.

2. Where data is stored

• Identity information, the signature and the consents are kept in a database (Turso/libSQL).
• Identity documents and the selfie are stored in Cloudflare R2 and are only shown through short-lived links.
• The site is hosted by Vercel. When address autocomplete is used, the typed address is sent to Google Maps for suggestions.

3. Who has access

Access to these documents is restricted to the authenticated operator (a protected admin area). The signer gets a private, unguessable link to their own copy. Nothing is published or shared publicly.

4. Purpose

This data is collected to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to adult content production (notably 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and equivalent laws) and to establish rights in the works.

5. Retention

Identity information, signatures and verification documents are kept confidentially and securely for the minimum duration required by applicable law. When the operator deletes a form, it is erased for good, identity documents included, within 30 days.
